This pack frames Dignity Zimbabwe as a review-ready platform that can be validated through a focused school and community pilot.
Weeks 1-2 · Review and approve
Confirm content boundaries, safeguarding review, language reviewers, target sites and success measures.
Weeks 3-4 · Prepare assets
Produce local photography, video posters, print sheets, QR one page and facilitator briefing materials.
Weeks 5-6 · Supported delivery
Run guided sessions, test offline access, collect usability issues and record practical school actions.
Weeks 7-8 · Evidence and handover
Review outcomes, resolve priority defects, prepare adoption decision notes and hand over update procedures.
Required decisions
- Named content owner and health reviewer.
- Approved language review process for Shona and Ndebele drafts.
- Safeguarding and privacy sign-off.
- Agreed pilot sites, devices and connectivity assumptions.
- Acceptance criteria for offline use, facilitator delivery and school action planning.
